Improved Azure connector for setups with many subscriptions

Description:
We have updated the Azure connector to make it easier to import all domains for accounts with many subscriptions. Now, if you don't provide any Subscription ID and give read access to the subscriptions, we will loop through all subscriptions and add all resources.
Key improvements:
- Subscription ID in the Azure connector is now optional.
- Quicker setup where our Azure connector iterates through all subscriptions.
- You can still provide a Subscription ID to limit what Detectify has access to.
